Terms and Conditions for Buggy Bootcamp Ely

Welcome to Buggy Bootcamp Ely. By booking or attending our classes, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. About Us

Buggy Bootcamp Ely provides fitness classes designed for parents or carers with babies or young children.

2. Health and Safety

By attending our classes, you confirm that:

  • You are medically fit and able to participate in physical exercise

  • You have received clearance from a medical professional where necessary (e.g. postnatal recovery)

  • You participate at your own risk

You must inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before participating.

3. Responsibility for Children

  • You are fully responsible for your child/children at all times

  • Children must remain safely secured (e.g. in a buggy) where instructed

  • Buggy Bootcamp Ely is not responsible for the supervision or safety of your child

4. Bookings and Payments

  • All classes must be booked in advance

  • Payments must be made prior to attending

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if payment has not been received

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded

  • Class passes (if applicable) are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period

In the event we cancel a session (e.g. due to weather or instructor illness), you will be offered:

  • A rescheduled class, or

  • A credit/refund

6. Weather Policy

Sometimes classes are held outdoors, as such:

  • Sessions may go ahead in light rain

  • We may cancel sessions in extreme or unsafe weather conditions

  • Safety decisions are at our discretion

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Participation is at your own risk

  • Buggy Bootcamp Ely is not liable for:

    • Any injuries sustained during sessions

    • Loss or damage to personal belongings

    • Any incidents involving children during sessions

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it is unlawful to do so.

8. Code of Conduct

We aim to create a friendly and supportive environment. We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove anyone who:

  • Behaves inappropriately

  • Puts others at risk

  • Fails to follow instructor guidance

9. Changes to Classes

We reserve the right to:

  • Change class times or locations

  • Substitute instructors

  • Modify class content where necessary

10. Personal Data

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
